Witnessing Annie's far more elaborate and fanfare laden transformation into Cure Sunny, Lily regains two things - Yuri's Precure Seed, one of two components necessary for her transformation, and memory of Yuri transforming into Cure Moonlight - complete with activation phrase and speech. And thus, clearly, her name.
